We know that this is a very overwhelming and uncertain time for everyone and as mental health providers, want to be sensitive to that fact . While we are continuing to openly discuss and research the changing nature of this crisis, this is our current position:
Radiant will continue to stay open and practice while adhering to all recommended safety and cleanliness instructions put forth by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization). These include but are not limited to:
-Washing hands consistently and thoroughly.
-Wiping down surfaces (doorknobs, water dispensers, side tables, etc.) with proper solutions, and using Lysol on upholstery after every client.
-URGING people who feel ill, have been exposed recently to someone who is ill, or is part of what is considered a high-risk demographic (immuno-compromised, etc.) to remain home for the time-being.
While we all work together to make our community as safe and healthy as possible, Radiant will be working to continue to offer the best mental health care while mitigating the risk of all we serve. We will be offering telehealth sessions if requested and happily rescheduling should you choose to suspend your sessions at this time. Each of our therapists will work directly with their respective clients to devise a plan that works best for you. In the meantime, take care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being and feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.
